Golf Communities

There are many golf communities in the Tampa Bay Area. You can choose to live in the community itself or nearby one or several. Some such as Heritage Springs in Trinity or Timber Greens in New Port Richey are also 55+ communities, providing a double benefit. Many allow golf carts on the roads as well as the golf course. Membership in the golf course itself varies by community. Some make the residents automatic members and the HOA fees cover all or most of the membership. Others allow residents to choose from a variety of membership plans. There are several golf communities which restrict play to members only but the majority allow the public in.
