Carrollwood Area

Carrollwood Village and Old Carrollwood, along with surrounding areas were built mostly in the late 1970s through the 1990s so you’ll find larger home sites, architecture such as courtyards, and lots of mature trees. Many of these homes have been updated, inside and out. Carrollwood grew up as a family oriented area ‘in the country’ north of Tampa.

Carrollwood borders Dale Mabry Hwy, a major north/south thoroughfare. From Northdale, the town just north of Carrollwood, to downtown Tampa, this road features every restaurant, business and service you’ll need. However, the neighborhoods are separate from the businesses.

Communities

Carrollwood Village

As an unincorporated community in Hillsborough County, Florida, Carrollwood Village was formed from three developed phases containing approximately 3,500 residential homes, townhomes and condominiums. The tree lined streets, large lots and tropical landscapes give our residents a true suburban feel in the middle of one of Florida’s largest metropolitan areas.

Original Carrollwood

Some call it Old Carrollwood, but it was the first of its kind back in the 1950's. Comfort and luxury was in the forefront of the community as it resides next to Lake Carroll and has over 900 homes, condos, and townhomes. This area offers an easy commute and quick access to downtown Tamp and the airport.
