Waterfront Homes
Florida has so many lakes and ponds in addition to it’s coastline that it’s easy to find waterfront homes. In our area we range from locations such as:
- Canals off areas near the gulf coast or Oldsmar, Safety Harbor, Apollo Beach, etc., where a homeowner can dock their boat behind their home and have gulf or bay access.
- Actual beachfront condos, town homes, and single family homes – wake up and walk in the sand.
- Planned communities built around lakes.
- Individual and unique homes built on lakes.
- Beautiful homes built around man-made large retention ponds.
If you have a desire to live on or near water, we’ll include that in our search to find your dream home. We’ll also discuss details such as motorized boats and jet-skis are allowed on larger lakes only, however non-motorized boats are permitted on smaller lakes. We’ll make sure “your” lake fits your needs!
New Construction
Despite the economy, Tampa Bay Area builders are still building. We work with all the local builders and many of the custom builders to offer an alternative to our clients.
After (or before) we’ve visited existing homes, we can pinpoint the perfect location and visit builders in that area. We have the latest lists of their inventory homes, pricing, spec homes, available home-sites, and models. We’ll determine the best fit for your lifestyle then zero in to ensure we get the best deal possible.
